Dear Parents/Families of students in Margaret W. Cuyler Elementary School,

I hope this letter finds you healthy and safe at this time. This letter is to provide you with additional information about the 2022-23 school year. It will be a fantastic year with all of us working together for the success of our students!

Here is some information to get your child ready to return to school this year:

The first day of instruction will be Wednesday, September 7, 2022.

Parent drop-off time is 8:30-8:45, pick-up time is 2:30 (UPK) and 3:25 for Grades K-5. Bus drop-off time is 8:40, bus dismissal is at 2:30 (UPK) and 3:30 for Grades K-5.

Please see the attached information for specifics about arrival and dismissal. We will also be implementing a digital app for smartphones beginning in September.

This is a great time to start shifting your schedule to a more regular bedtime and routine.

Please complete a Free & Reduced Meal Application to see if you qualify for reduced meal rates. Breakfast is $1.50 and lunch is $2.00 daily for Cuyler students this year. Grade level supply lists are posted on our Facebook page and were mailed home with the teacher placement letters. If you need an additional copy, please contact the Cuyler Office.

Please joins us for the Back to School Bash on Thursday, September 1st from 5:00-7:00 on the Cuyler playground! We will have a bounce house and other fun activities for the students to participate in.

I cannot wait to see our students and staff back in the building. I anticipate a fantastic year here at Cuyler Elementary!
